How to: EAT Hairy Crab

I know this is totally non beauty related nor product review to share, but I personally think this is interesting to share as I am also one of them, who don't know how to eat the Hairy Crab :)

So this post is dedicated to you, my dear friend..

who just entering " How to eat Hairy Crab? " in the search engine and for those that is visiting my blog :)

~ Gw dong yah, udik pisan waktu diajak Arip makan Hairy Crab..emang agak niat ga niat juga awalnya pas makan ini, soalnya..agak rempong lah ya makan kepiting ngupas sendiri..biasa kalo makan kepiting saos padang kan, uda terima beres dipotongin, tinggal ambil capitnya en korek2 dikit..trus makan deh..

Nah ini, pas dateng..se-onggok kepiting kecil gini ngeliatin gw coba..

To start eating this crab, you flip it so the crab tummy part is facing you.
Then, you pull out the tail..all the way...and if you see the yellow liquid start flowing out, great then!
You just got the best part! it's the egg...
*When you are ordering the crab, make sure you order the female one :)

From here, flip back the crab and start peeling it shell upward..just like this..



When you open it up..you will find this little piece of meat..umm..not so appealing looking..


Now, take your spoon..and dig it further to get the yellowish egg..
and here you go..
The yummiest part :) eat this with the black vinegar.


From here, just remove the fin and start tear the Crab apart to get the meat out of it.





If you ask me on how do I enjoy eating this Hairy Crab, I would say..
I don't enjoy it at all..it's to pricy for a meatless crab and I don't enjoy the Art of eating it.
It just simply troublesome, just a big NAH to my liking.

I prefer a normal, full of meat kind of Crab :)

~ Sumpeee ini kepiting sih mehong gila loh untuk ukuran mini dan tak berdaging..awalnya kita mikir ini lumayan mahal mungkin special banget kali yah? lalu kita ber-groupon ria nyobain ini..untuk groupon-an..kalo ga makin senep makannya..^^ ~
