HO HO HO! Preg massage is having a festive package :)

Olla mommies and mommy to be! I wanna share something worth the share on this festive season..
It's the festive package from Preg massage :)

If you have followed my blog, you must have read my experience with Preg massage after my delivery, yes?
No? Read it HERE and HERE.

I personally feel better after the whole session and i keep encouraging people to at least give it a try on the trial session that preg massage has to offer. I think it's really beyond customer service that preg massage give a trial session without any obligation, they understand that to invest on this amount you should at least comfortable with their service. But, let me share with you on how comfortable the massage session is:

The session started with stretching to relax the muscle, and the therapist start the massage process from toe to head in a very constant and organize pressure point to relax the muscle tension. For me, the therapist would put extra pressure and longer time on my shoulder. Oh my goodness, it was good and oh man..i miss those moment. >.<'

After the whole body massage, the regime continues to head massage that helps to ease the giddiness due to lacking of sleep (new mommy, any nods for this?) and also to helps any wind trap.

Once it is done on the back, I was told to lay on my back and the therapist start working on the front side, same goes like the back massage, it started with stretching the goes from toe and moving upward.

My therapist put this shit looking herbal on my forehead. It feels weird and warm in the same time.
She said this is to get the wind out of my head.
Interesting.

The highlight on the front side massage is the breast massage, yes you might feel awkward at first, but who cares about bobbies when you already let the whole labour room nurses see what's between the legs *grin* hehehe. ehem, anyway.. If you are breast feeding, or having a slow breast milk circulation like i do, this breast massage is a savior act. The massage technique helps to unblock the milk duct, promotes healthy milk circulation to avoid engorgement.

Another highlight is the tummy massage!
The massage on my tummy started with hot stone as a start to relax my tummy muscle and keep the wind away, and also breaks fat tissue. Another interesting function on this tummy massage is to promotes the intestine circulation, to ease constipation and help the womb to shrink faster.

You must have heard about how good ginger for a lady after giving birth, right?
Before my therapist ends my tummy session, she applied ginger cream to keep our tummy warm.
I love it.

Then the final steps of every session is the wrapping time :)
Believe me, it works to keep your flabby tummy in place for a good 6-8 hours.
The support on my back while i was wrapped is amazing, i often feel back pain whenever I am carrying the lil love, and this wrapping helps me a lot.

So yeah, that is the whole regime of every session of the post natal detox massage I experienced from preg massage. Do stay tuned with me for more preg massage experience :)

Oh, Lil love is going to get his very first massage with preg massage as well!
I'll keep you guys updated.

Can post natal massage treats water retention?

I have completed my 10 sessions of jamu treatment from preg massage,
and omg let me tell you..that was one of the best hours in my days!

I started this treatment around 2 weeks after my delivery, when my whole body was aching,  and i am just simply feel exhausted taking care of newborn. I am seriously so super thankful for every session, it gaves me a feeling of having a " me time " when actually with the newborn, " me time " is a luxury.

Apart from that, I believe in a " happy mommy is a happy baby " philosophy, and with having this post natal treatment that focus on recovering my body, i would say i feel better. I feel happier.

After giving birth, my whole body shape has changed. I am thankful for the fuller boobs and wider hips..but the leg water retention is a nightmare for me. If you have followed my instagram from quite sometimes, you've seen my swallon leg right? And in my case, even after the deliery..the water retention did reduce but never fully go away.

With just less than 6 session, my therapist, Ms. Diana, helps me to reduce the water retention on my ankle. It was slightly painful due to the water trap under the skin..but no pain no gain! And tadaaaa...look at my ankle now :)

I really like the technique that ms Diana did on me, it's very much Indonesian style of massage ; which is my favourite!

and with preg massage, they only use certified organic oil for the treatment.

This relax massage oil is a combination of essential oils that will calm and relax the body and soul
Skin will feel nourished and soft

Ingredients:

My post natal journey with Preg Massage

Now that baby E is already in Da House, I feel that I have less " me " time..and I somehow feels that my life revolves around baby E and nothing else. Don't get me wrong,  I love being around baby E, sniffing his baby scent, talking non sense wording with him..although in certain moment it could be very overwhelming. ^^

On the other hand i can't deny that i want and miss my pampering time..and this is why i am looking forward for my daily post natal treatment with preg massage.

My encounter with preg massage started when i booked a pre natal massage trial with them.
My friend who earlier tried their service, introduced me to their service.

I was on 37-38 weeks then and was looking for a professional massage treatment for my sore preggie body. I was really impressed with their service and decided to booked them for my post natal treatment without a second thought.

I am very particular about when it comes to massage therapy, i am so damn scared when some untrained therapist touching my body - its so direct contact to my muscle and literally - nerves. This is totally a part where i need to be safe than sorry.

With preg massage, i know that i am in a certified good hand and they are clearly know what they are doing and they are good at it.

After a exchanging a few email with Sheron - the general manager of preg massage to decide when will be the best time for me to start the treatment, Preg massage decided to collaborate with me and my blog - Pinkbuble In Da House in sharing about my post natal healing journey with them.

Super yay!! Not only that I feel so blessed that Sheron is a super caring person, my therapist - Ms. Diana has a superb skill in handling the post natal treatment, and the treatment works wonder on me, today - after a full session of Jamu treatment, i must say..the treatment with Preg massage is totally worth it!

Yes, it does cost something..but stay tuned with me on why i think it's totally worth the penny spent.
